PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY. THIS IS THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY OF STARX DIGITIZING. OUR REFUND POLICY EXISTS TO ENSURE THAT OUR CLIENTS RECEIVE 100% ASSURANCE AND SATISFACTION. TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO REFUND ARE GIVEN BELOW.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Balance must be paid on completion of work.
  • Order delivery period will be 1 to 2 working days.
  • Please proofread text and verify artwork before approving your order.
  • The client is responsible for proofreading (dates, spelling, logos, correct info, etc.).
  • All information must be provided at the onset of the project.
  • After approval, any additional changes will result in additional charges.
  • These stipulations will ensure a quicker turnaround on your project.
  • Any information added after the layout has been started or completed will result in additional charges.

REFUND POLICY:

  • Should you not be ensured or satisfied by our response, you can lodge a refund at info@starxdigit.com within 15 days of the date of delivery. Please do not forget to mention your order number, date of delivery, and the name of the person with whom you were dealing.
  • Please note that starxdigit.com has full rights to attempt to resolve your disputes and try to provide you with better solutions other than refunds. Should it not satisfy you, a refund would surely be made.
  • Any charges that have been incurred in the transfer of funds to and from starxdigit.com would not be reimbursed, and payments would be made after deduction.
  • Refunds would be subject to any taxation or service charges if applicable.
  • Refunds would not be made to any other persons, company, website, or ongoing projects at starxdigit.com.
